Shipping Policy

Live Stock - Including FISH

Within the checkout page please select your preferred delivery date. Orders can only be dispatched on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays to arrive the next day. If no delivery date has been confirmed to us we will hold the order until contact has been made to confirm. The items will be packaged in a cardboard box, with polystyrene lining and a heat back to ensure minimal heat fluctuations. This will then be sent using either Royal Mail Special Delivery Before 1pm or APC before 12pm. You must be available to receive and sign for the parcel to receive our Arrive Alive Guarantee . Please then take the time to read our acclimatising guide for the best way to settle in your new addition.

DOA - If the unfortunate is to happen and your parcel is dead on arrival you must make contact with us straight away. We will need to see pictures of the parcels condition and also the contents within 2 hours of signing for the parcel. Refunds will be for the value of the items minus the postage charge.

If delivery is missed and the parcel has failed to be delivered we will not be responsible to issue any refund.

Dry Goods

Orders will be sent using Royal Mail Second Class or Signed For. Damaged goods on arrival must be reported straight away and photos to be sent within 2 hours of receiving. If dry goods are purchased with live stock these will be sent in the same parcel using Next Day delivery.

Returns Policy

Returns are NOT accepted on all live stock. This includes invertebrates, corals, fish etc.

Returns on dry goods are limited to the product itself. If you wish to discuss a return please contact us.

Returns on foods can only be accepted if unopened, but please contact us first.
