Postage for inverts, anemones and corals is £13.50 for the box (not per item) you can also add dry goods into this box in most cases.
Postage for fish is £35. This is for the box, which can include all other items such as inverts, anemones, corals and dry goods.
We appreciate this cost is higher than we used to charge however, APC have increased their charges to us by over double.
We also have to take into account, the poly boxes, heat packs, fish bags and the man power to pack your box.

We guarantee that your new additions will arrive safe and sound. In the unfortunate event that your order doesn't arrive as it should, please follow the 'Arrive Alive Guarantee' policy set out in our terms and conditions.
Sadly we are unable to ship fish to Northern Ireland or any of the Channel Islands.
However, we can ship CUC, anemones and corals to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

We will do everything we can to fulfil your order on your specified delivery date. Due to the nature of livestock, things may become out of stock by the time we come to pack your order. But do not worry, we will ship everything that is in stock, and refund what we haven't been able to send.
Livestock Orders - We strongly recommend that you only request a delivery date that ensures you will be home to accept delivery.
The courier driver will not be able to leave your parcel in a safe place due to the contents of your order. Any deliveries that are not accepted (carded) will not be eligible for our 'Arrive Alive Guarantee'

Yes, that's no problem at all. Just amend the delivery address at the checkout.
We strongly recommend that if you are having your order delivered anywhere other than your home, that you have preparations in place to ensure the livestock are not in the box for an extended period of time. The livestock will have been in the bags for approx 24 hours so therefore you must start the acclimatisation process as soon as possible.
We require a minimum order amount for livestock due to the cost of shipping livestock.
The cost to us is significantly higher than what we charge our customers.
As our livestock prices are one of the lowest across the industry, we are unable to absorb the costs on small orders.
We do not accept returns on livestock orders! We cannot be responsible if you have ordered the wrong livestock, so please do your homework before purchasing.

Yes absolutely. We know that sometimes you can place an order and forget to add something before checking out.
So just drop us an email with your order number and the additional items you wish to add, and we will make the changes for you.
Once processed, we will send you an amended order invoice requesting the additional payment (if applicable)
Amendments can only be made up until 9am the day of dispatch.
Please note; there may be additional postages costs if you are adding fish to a CUC or coral order. However, we will let you know :)
From time to time the website stock will be slightly inaccurate to the nature of the stock we sell and the channels we sell on. At the time of packaging your item, should an item be out of stock we will post what is in stock and refund what isn't. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification.

Yes it sure is! We know all so well how fed up the little ones get when out shopping with mums & dads. So we have a dedicated kids zone for the little ones to play, draw or just chill out and watch TV. It is kitted out with toys, a drawing table, soft matting for the even littler ones, a TV and a gaming station. So bring your little ones along and let them play whilst you take your time to enjoy everything we have to offer.

Due to Covid-19 we have reduced our Kids Zone area down due to the guidelines we must follow. However, we still have a colouring table and we play childrens films for the little ones to watch whilst you browse the store.
Great news, yes we do!
Our amazing shop is all on ground level, with ample room for wheelchairs to move around and view everything we have to offer. We have a disabled access toilet and small ramps to allow a smooth transition through the front door.
